Privacy Policy

ParlayBuilder.ai ("ParlayBuilder", "we") is a sports research and analytics tool covering MLB, NBA, and NFL in their seasons. This page explains what information we handle when you use the site, and what we do — and never do — with it.
What we collect
- Account information. If you create an account, we receive your email address and basic profile information from our sign-in provider (including Google sign-in if you choose it). We use it to identify your account and nothing else.
- Things you create on the site. Saved parlays, picks, pick'em entries, and your play-chip balance and history are stored with your account so they're there when you come back.
- Technical logs. Like nearly every website, our servers keep standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use them to profile you.
- On your device. We use cookies and local storage only for your sign-in session and interface preferences. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
The AI chat
Messages you send to the chat assistant are processed by a third-party AI service to generate responses, and may be retained to help us improve the product. Please don't include sensitive personal information in chat.
How we use information
To operate the product: keeping your saved picks and balances, settling results, preventing abuse, and keeping the service running. That's the whole list. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we show no ads. Links to sportsbooks (for example, odds deep links) take you to their sites; once there, their terms and privacy policies apply, not ours.
YouTube API Services
ParlayBuilder uses YouTube API Services to upload our own original videos to our own YouTube channel. Site users do not connect their YouTube or Google accounts through ParlayBuilder for this, and we do not access, collect, or store any YouTube user data. In addition to this policy, the Google Privacy Policy applies to Google services, and our use of YouTube API Services is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. Anyone who has granted ParlayBuilder access to a Google account can revoke that access at any time in Google security settings.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time from your profile page, or contact us (below) and we'll remove it for you.
Children
ParlayBuilder is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
